Team members across hotel operations, including food and beverage, housekeeping, kitchens, spa, and maintenance, as well as Central Support functions such as HR, IT, sales, and marketing, experience learning pathways aligned to their roles and responsibilities, helping them step confidently into their day-to-day work.
From day one to the first three months, learning is staged to build skills and confidence without overwhelming team members. Compliance training has been streamlined from 13.5 hours to just 5, with every module meaningful and directly relevant to the role. This approach allows employees to focus on what really matters: developing the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive and make an impact from day one.
