Property Transaction Coordinator
Salary: £33,000
Permanent, Full Time, 35 Hours per week
Location: Ealing with hybrid working

About the Role:

To support the Project Manager & Head of Property Transactions on the sale of the PRS Investor Portfolio and any other non-core, tactical asset disposals. Once assets have been identified for disposal, you will work directly with the Project Manager to assist and responsibly manage the overall process up until completion.

You will need to ensure the smooth running of any sale by coordinating people, consultants, tasks and resources relating to the disposal.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Directly delivering tasks and activities within the sales programme
  • Processing documents and data in accordance with deadlines and to expected qualitative standards.
  • Where required take the lead with internal and external stakeholder liaison including ensuring delivery of requirements by stakeholders.
  • Gathering, processing, and ensuring provision of property data from internal and external sources.
  • Leading on project elements within the overall sales programme.
  • Where required producing performance information for presentation to senior management. 
  • Supporting the Project Manager by working with externally appointed consultants and other professionals.
  • Attend, provide updates and where required lead on meetings with a range of key internal and external stakeholders as required to deliver the sales programme.
  • Deputise for the Project Manager in relation to the sales programme as required.
  • Work collaboratively to evaluate and share good practice and achieve continuous improvement in ways of working. 
  • Ensure all necessary programme documentation is completed and maintained to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

More about you:

  • Experience in the field of project management
  • Highly organized
  • Proven experience of excellent service delivery in a high-pressure environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to produce information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience of working with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience of building relationships within project teams as well as business stakeholders
  • Displays a high level of confidence when working with others
