We have an exciting opportunity in IT Services for a Product Manager for Productivity within the Digital Workplace team to
cover a period of maternity leave.
The role includes:
# Creating, owning and delivering the Product Roadmap and the approach to design and develop high-quality services
for the University
# Taking responsibility for Productivity Products such as Google Workspace, Docusign, Qualtrics etc
# Championing user experience, service design, accessibility and inclusivity across the roadmap
# Leading on initiatives such as Improving Information Management and Digital Skills
# Building strong relationships across the University to ensure that all products and services meet operational and
strategic needs.
# Embedding an Agile product development approach across the Product Team.
# Being responsible for managing, leading and coordinating teams in order to ensure deliverables against the product
roadmap
We are looking for someone who has:
# Demonstrable leadership skills and experience in building and managing successful, high performing individuals and
teams
# Significant experience with product lifecycle development and processes
# Experience in building Higher Education-focussed delivery teams
# Experience in managing the products within the product area and the broader Digital Workplace Product group
# A strategic and technology-led mindset to help inform customer needs and disrupt traditional views.
