- You will work independently to complete internal decoration to a high standard in our empty properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. You will occasionally working alongside other trades.
- We seek applicants with proven experience of the painting and decorating trade who are able to maintain high quality output with consistent productivity levels.
- We are looking for self-sufficient, positive, polite, and approachable individuals willing to learn and work with our IT systems. A comprehensive role profile is attached to this advert.
What you need to be successful:
- Proven experience as a time served Painter and Decorator. An NVQ Level 2 Painter Decorator or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
- You will need to demonstrate a punctual, proactive attitude with a positive demeanour and be capable of working safely and efficiently without supervision.
- Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to the community, along with excellent customer service skills.
- Basic IT skills with ability to use iPad and you must hold a full driving license.
