We are looking for several Neighbourhoods Operatives who will fit right in and add value to our teams based in Redcar. We’re bold, ambitious, and proud to admit it and there’s no better time to join Beyond Housing. We have gone through a significant period of growth and change and we’re looking for someone as brilliant as you to support the delivery of our services.

As a Neighbourhoods Operative, you will be responsible for completing caretaking, litter picking, removal of fly tipping and grounds maintenance while providing an excellent standard of workmanship and customer service. This will include meeting deadlines for appointments and achieving targets for productivity. A level of flexibility and expertise will be required in completing the work ‘right first time’ with the minimum of supervision and the need for follow on trades.

You’ll need to be a great team player as from time to time you’ll work collaboratively with other departments in the business. We’re looking for someone who will embody and adopt our Beyond Housing company values of being considerate, collaborative, ambitious and accountable as part of their everyday conduct.

As part of this role, you may need to mentor an apprentice, volunteer or work experience placement.

As part of this role, you may be eligible for allowances including callout payments, which will be discussed if you are invited to an interview.

Blake Lee-Woodward is our Neighbourhoods Contract Manager, so if you fancy an informal chat about the role, why not give them a call on 07527 122375.

Closing date for applications is Tuesday 30 April 2024, applications will be reviewed throughout the duration of the advert and we may close it early should enough applications be received. We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy.
