About The Role
We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Lettings Assistant to join our dynamic Lettings team. To contribute to the delivery of a high quality, efficient, and customer-focused housing service, with a particular emphasis on the allocation and letting of properties.
You will be tasked with assisting in the advertising of available properties through internal and external platforms, whist liaising with tenants and colleagues ensuring there is accurate and timely communication throughout the process.
Maintaining up to date and accurate data across our systems is a key part of the role and you will be expected to contribute to the monitoring and reporting of such information. This role will work collaboratively across the Housing department to promote successful tenancies within the organisation.
About you
You’ll be someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You’ll have experience in a customer service or administrative role delivering excellent customer service.
Your communication skills will be strong, both verbally and in writing and you will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within housing or the lettings sector, though not essential. You’ll be a natural problem solver with a customer-focused mindset and a keen eye for detail. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, as you may occasionally need to travel between sites.
