We are currently looking for an HR Advisor who’ll fit right in with our HR team. We’re bold, ambitious and proud to admit it and there’s no better time to join Beyond Housing. Our colleagues’ health and wellbeing is a big part of our plan, this role will have a focus on absence and wellbeing, working closely with Managers and the HR Partner to pro-actively support on a range of case work and wellbeing initiatives.
You will also support the HR team in producing and analysing absence data, employee relations case management and offer first-line response to employees and line managers on terms and conditions, and other people matters.
This role will be 30 hours per week across 4 days, and you will need to be able to work Thursdays.
The HR team is proud to be central to the development of a new future-thinking culture that will enable us to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Our workforce is based across the Redcar/Eston and Scarborough/Whitby localities. You will have a main base of either Redcar or Scarborough but will need to travel to other sites for some sensitive discussions.
