What will I do?
Supporting the front of house team in the co-ordination and sales of the guest experience from initial reservation through to arrival and everything in-between! Dealing with all direct and third-party guest requests as well as completing daily checks on all reservations, identifying any potential upselling opportunities.
Is this the role for me?
Experience in an administration role or within a hotel front of house role
Confidence to upsell
Good time management and multi-tasking skills
