As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will play a key role in both analysing data to understand the expectations, aspirations, and experiences of our customers, together with working with stakeholders to drive real customer led improvements across the business.

The Customer Insight team plays a key role in listening and learning from customers at Beyond Housing, ensuring customers influence the development and review of our services. This engagement is backed up by our research and analysis; characteristics, behaviours and opinions are collected and analysed to facilitate the interrogation and interpretation of data, to determine the cause of behaviours, attitudes, and performance. We use this data to identify areas of efficiency and waste while delivering continual service improvement within the business.

We are looking for someone data driven with an analytical mindset. The ability to analyse and interpret data is essential, together with the ability to explain information to groups and individuals effectively and persuasively to reach actionable outcomes. The ability to build relationships, motivate and influence internal and external stakeholders is also essential, together with evaluating, analysing, and developing practical solutions to complex issues.
