We’re hiring for a Bank support worker in our Centre in Clevedon

Are you looking for a second job or to make some extra income?

Being a bank support worker you’ll have flexibility and access to shifts that suit you; you could choose to work for a day here and there, during term times or holidays, evenings only or weekends only.

At Strode Road, we support around 15 people in one day, providing a variety of sessions including time at our allotments, working with volunteers, and in the community, making every day different for the people we support.

We also provide community and enabling support for young adults and children, ensuring they have access to facilities and activities they choose, so the shift patterns are varied and will include evening and weekend working.

Experience is not essential as we provide full training. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude and a desire to help someone live a full life!

The support you provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.

A full driving licence and access to your own car is required for this role.
