Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of social housing? Beyond Housing is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking asset improvement lead to join our asset data performance team. This role offers the chance to lead transformational change, improve lives, and help shape the future of asset management.

As our asset improvement lead, you’ll be at the heart of service improvement projects that drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the asset data performance manager to identify opportunities for change, design innovative solutions, and deliver measurable improvements across our asset management directorate. From developing PowerBI dashboards to coordinating capital investment programmes, your work will directly influence how we manage and maintain our homes.

This is a developmental role, ideal for someone with ambition and a passion for making a difference. We’ll support you every step of the way with tailored training, mentoring, and guidance to help you grow into the role and beyond. You’ll be empowered to lead projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and present your ideas to senior leaders – all while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading service improvement projects from concept to completion
  • Designing and implementing project plans, business cases, and performance indicators
  • Supporting project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Creating and maintaining PowerBI dashboards and GIS mapping tools
  • Producing reports on investment, Decent Homes, and compliance performance
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Who we’re looking for

You will be a natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments and know how to bring people together to achieve common goals. You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Most importantly, you’re excited by the opportunity to make a real difference to customer services.

Bonus points if you have knowledge of housing compliance regimes, SQL, GIS, or hold a Prince2 qualification – it’s fine if not though, as we are committed to helping you grow.
