We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager in the Tees Valley region.
This newly created role is responsible for one of eight geographical service areas, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact at a local level while contributing to wider organisational success.
As Area Manager, you will lead an integrated team of housing and maintenance colleagues, driving the delivery of excellent customer services that create homes, neighbourhoods and communities that both customers and colleagues are proud of. You will play a key role in fostering a strong “one team” culture, building trusted relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders, and leading a high-performing team through effective leadership and informed decision-making.
You will be responsible for embedding a modern, customer-focused service delivery model within your area, using data and insight to continuously improve services and performance. Working collaboratively with other Area Managers, you will also contribute to consistency, learning and best practice across all eight service areas.
