The role requires a comprehensive knowledge and a diverse range of skills. Applicants should possess proficiency and certification in carpentry, and skills in associated trades such as Plumbing (1st & 2nd fix), Tiling, Decorating, Plastering, Floor Laying (Sheet & Tile), UPVC Window Repairs, and installs. You will be required to be on call once every 12 weeks, for which you will receive a standby allowance. A comprehensive role profile is attached to this advert. What you need to be successful:  Candidates will need to be qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ level 2 or equivalent, with a minimum of one year post qualification experience. You will excel as a team player, additionally demonstrating independent problem-solving skills and the ability to work without supervision.
