Jenny Barber (Head of Careers & Education – Financial Services Skills Council). Jenny joined the FSSC in February 2008, following 13 years working in careers guidance and student recruitment in schools, further education colleges and universities in London and the east of England. As part of these roles, Jenny developed work-related learning curricula and managed work experience programmes for schools and colleges, in addition to developing education liaison strategies and mentoring programmes for large employer’s corporate social responsibility agendas. Jenny also has supported employers’ recruitment initiatives, enabling firms to develop graduate training and school leaver programmes. After achieving a BA (Hons) Education, Jenny successfully qualified as a Careers Adviser, gaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance.
