We are a housing association with a strong history going back eight decades, having grown and diversified to meet the increasing needs of our customers. From our roots in social housing, we have expanded our activities to housebuilding and sales, specialist housing for those who need additional support, accommodation for key workers and students, as well as community services and projects.
We have also extended our geographical reach, and have activities across London and southern England. We currently have over 70,000 customers in 38,000 homes. We need to be there for our customers in the ways they need us – the way we work matters.
