Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking to recruit three new members to their customer service team. This company is a leader in their market and has been awarded the Queens Award for Innovation, which is the most prestigious award within the industry. Due to expansion and internal promotion, we are looking to bring new technical customer service staff to the team.

Candidates will need to be confident in dealing with high volume incoming calls. All the calls you take will be queries of a technical matter. You will receive 6-12 weeks training on the products alone, in order to ensure that you are fully prepared for this role. You will also have a “buddy”during this time to work alongside. Personal development within this role will offer you a long term career with excellent progression opportunities.

Within this post you will handle 60-80 incoming calls a day, you will also be encouraged to maximise on any sales opportunities while on these calls.

You must come from a targeted customer service/sales background and ideally have some experience of high volume incoming calls.

Immediate interviews are available for suitable candidates. Due to the location of our client it will be ideal if you drive, however some public transport routes are possible depending on location.

Monday – Friday
Rotad hours from 8:00pm – 6:00pm
£17,500 OTE £25k
