We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Multi-Trade Operative to join Magna’s Asset Delivery team. This position offers a varied and fulfilling routine with excellent benefits. The role requires delivering high-quality work from initial report to completion, while ensuring compliance with current legislation and meeting our customers’ needs. - The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of knowledge and skills across various trades, with expertise in bricklaying and general repairs including pointing, plastering, fencing and groundworks.
- This role requires a skilled operative who can work independently, demonstrate a positive attitude, and interact politely and professionally with customers and colleagues.

What you need to be successful:
- Time served trade apprenticeship or C&G/NVQ level 2 or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year’s post qualification experience in associated trades.
- You will be IT competent, as the role uses an iPad to receive, capture, record and complete all works accurately.
- You will hold a driving license and be prepared to travel to our customer’s homes across our operating area.
