Glen Walker has been Head of Human Resources at Action for Blind People since 2006. Action for Blind People is a national charity with local reach, providing practical help and support to blind and partially sighted people of all ages. Its close relationship with RNIB provides a unique combination of complementary strengths and expertise to help an ever increasing number of people with sight loss. Glen has more than 16 years experience of working in HR, learning and development and change management, with a focus on the public and not-for-profit sector. Past employers have included the NHS, local government, education and charities.
