Support Worker

West Midlands Supported Living Service, Kidderminster


The West Midlands Supported Living Service offers 24 hour care and support to adults with learning disabilities who might present behaviours that challenge. Our services are delivered across two small residential settings in Kidderminster in partnership with housing associations. The service currently supports 5 service users.


Each person we engage with is supported and enabled to live as independently as possible, to maintain their tenancies, to manage their behaviours and to enjoy life to the full. Our approach is bespoke to each person’s needs and adapts along with them. The settings are small scale, quiet, homely and welcoming and comprise a range of private and shared spaces with associated garden areas. Both services are well located for access to local amenities and transport and are supported by dedicated, experienced, compassionate and highly skilled teams. The service is of a consistently good quality, is long established and well respected.

Support Worker



Full time, part time, and relief hours to discuss at interview.


£19,266- £21,097 per annum pro rata*

£9.50 – £10.40 per hour


*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Salary dependent on qualification/experience.  Where the role requires sleep-ins a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
