Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Senior Payroll Specialist for a well-known business in Sheffield to manage the end-to-end payroll for over 3500 employees, assisting the Payroll Manager during a busy period working on a large project. The successful candidate will be employed on a 4-5-month Fixed Term Contract. Ensuring targets and work quality is maintained in a timely manner, as well as having a hands-on approach with the day to day processing of Payroll. Duties & Responsibilities. Calculate, process and reconcile payrolls for the business with the support of the payroll team. Support the payroll manager with specific tasks relating to the current payroll service and ad hoc projects. Keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation and advise Payroll and HR team of changes which may have an impact on colleagues. Efficient in data management, from inputting, importing, exporting and reconciling to ensure exact replica of periodic pay and static data of their software.
