Major GPS are now searching for a Project Coordinator to be based in the Harrogate area. The position will be working as part of a hugely successful business with the Healthcare industry delivering digital options to people outside the hospital walls. The company model is geared around the patient needs however it also gives the clinical teams within the NHS offering information and training to tailor their own services. As Project Coordinator, you will be working alongside the Project Manager focusing mainly on the provision of project coordination supporting the business model, using organisational and communication skills to achieve set targets and deadlines. Key Responsibilities. Project/Contract management. Supporting the project delivery of new customer contracts. Assisting the Project Manager to develop processes and procedures as the PMO expands. Supporting the Project Manager in the development of new services for implementation in new and existing customer bases. Customer Support and Training. To develop a good understanding of all areas of the application software to ensure you are able to provide the customers with excellent support both during implementation and into BAU. Working with the Project Manager in the creation of bespoke user guides. Reviewing existing user guides to ensure they are in line with customer “ways of working”. Reviewing product documentation in association with the Product Management team. Relationship Management. Regular and clear communications with customers and the various departments. Ensure the customer is continually updated. Key skills. Experience working towards deadlines and prioritising tasks under pressure. An empathetic individual able to work with patients and clinicians. Excellent relationship management skills with colleagues and customers. Positive approach to taking on new tasks and a great team player. Demonstrable time management and organisational skills. Willing to contribute ideas and suggestions for improving workflow and efficiency. IT skills, experienced with business computer programs; MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel etc. The role comes with a good salary and an excellent package. Working Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm in the Harrogate area with 1 hour for lunch.
