My Client, a developing and exciting organisation based in Milton Keynes are looking to bring on board a Transactional Accounts person on a part time basis. Covering all Accounts Payable, Receivable and Credit Control duties utilising Xero as the accounts package. Duties will include. Credit Control, contacting clients in order to recover outstanding payments on invoices and debt. Allocating payments. Administering all aspects of Sales Ledger. Overseeing VAT responsibilities. Reconciling bank accounts. Liaising with external accountants in relation to month/year end duties and audit preparation. Although this is an "all round" accounting position, there will be a focus on Credit Control and so having confidence in your capabilities of liaising with customers over the phone and by email is a must.
