Job Title: Mail Relationship Officer. Location: Leeds. Salary: Starting salary of £15,272 + 3% flexible benefits + contributory pension. Start Date: 23rd July 2018. Shift Pattern. Monday 8 – 4.15pm. Tuesday 8 – 4.15pm. Wednesday 8 – 4.15pm. Thursday 8 – 4.15pm. Friday 8 – 4.15pm. At Lowell we work with our customers to improve their financial well-being. We're now looking for a Mail Relationship Officer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for. Be a 'Subject Matter Expert' in the 3rd party workflow tool and deal effectively with queries from supplier and internal areas once fully trained, responding as necessary. Achieve targets across work tasks, ensuring that all tracking systems are accurately updated in a timely manner. Ensure that deadlines relating to incoming and outgoing Lowell Financial post are achieved. Build relationships with the selected supplier contact(s), via face to face meetings, audits, conference calls and other channels. Complete regular audits of suppliers work to ensure accuracy and feeding on to designated parties. Assist in the collation of stationery orders from Customer Management ensuring that there are sufficient supplies. This also includes compliant Letterhead for business use. Ensure that correspondence is assigned to the correct area within the Lowell Group utilising knowledge of different areas work types to ensure that documents are handled in a timely manner, thus delivering a better customer experience. Adherence of TCF, FCA, compliance and other regulatory requirements (internal and external), ensuring that all work carried out complies with these principles etc. Perform other duties as assigned. You'll need to evidence the following qualifications, skills and experience. Ability to build working relationships with third parties. Good communication and presentation skills, across multiple channels (face to face, telephone, e-mail etc). Good organisational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and make decisions within defined parameters. Ability to identify the root cause of issues. PC skills (excel and word at intermediary level). Ability to comply with organisation policies and procedure whilst challenging the status quo positively. Demonstrates a professional, flexible and positive attitude to work with a good work ethic.
