Reporting directly to the International Manager, you will have direct reponsibility for two Team leaders each with a team of 5. Key responsbilities. Ledger review, including claims investigations, overdue and bad debts. Reviews and improvements of best practice and procedures. Feedback and reporting of progress agains KPI's and SLA's. Day to day management of the team, including 121's, develpment reviews, performance management, team meetings. Deputising for the International Manager. Communicating with wider areas of the business and devleoping those relationships. Ideal candidates will have strong credit control experience along with experience of managing a team and developing that team.
