You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective HR support across the business. We're looking for an individual with previous experience in HR or Payroll with a passion to progress within HR. You will have excellent systems knowledge and posses strong communication skills. Providing HR support to the business; responding to general queries and employee relations advice. Responsible for all payroll activity. Administration related to the employee life cycle. Completion of all auto-enrolment activity and communication of any pension changes. Responsible for all Benefits administration. Support with annual salary and bonus reviews. Support the Learning and Development team with training. Recruitment support and vacancy tracking.
